Paramount Construction – Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope of Work: Paramount Construction agrees to provide general construction services, as specified in the agreed-upon contract or project proposal, in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Payment Terms: Clients are required to adhere to the outlined payment schedule in the contract. Payments must be made promptly to avoid delays in the construction process. Any delays in payment may result in additional charges.
  3. Change Orders: Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented through written change orders. Paramount Construction reserves the right to adjust the project timeline and costs accordingly based on approved change orders.
  4. Permits and Approvals: Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for the construction project. Paramount Construction will assist in the process as required but is not liable for delays caused by permit issues.
  5. Project Delays: Paramount Construction is committed to completing projects within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or unexpected site issues may cause delays. Paramount Construction will communicate any delays promptly and work towards a resolution.
  6. Quality and Warranty: Paramount Construction guarantees that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with industry standards. Any defects in workmanship will be corrected at no additional cost within a specified warranty period.
  7. Insurance: Paramount Construction maintains appropriate insurance coverage, including liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Clients are encouraged to verify the coverage and seek additional insurance as necessary.
  8. Termination of Agreement: Either party has the right to terminate the agreement for substantial breach by the other party. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all completed work and any incurred costs up to the termination date.
  9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the project is located.
  10. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential, including but not limited to, design plans, financial details, and business strategies.

By entering into a contract with Paramount Construction, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
