Hugo’s journey in construction began from the time he could swing a toy hammer. His dad, Hugo Mejia Sr, was a construction maestro, teaching the nitty-gritty of the industry to his son. Under his dad’s wing, Hugo Jr discovered the true gems of exceptional work and making sure the customer always comes first.

Instilling the values of his father’s hard work, Hugo Jr’s childhood wasn’t just about building blocks but also about understanding the importance of going above and beyond. Growing up surrounded by blueprints and toolboxes, he absorbed the values of authenticity, commitment, and accountability like a sponge.

Fast forward to his college days at UTEP, where Hugo Jr decided to sprinkle a bit of business and architecture into his tool belt.
